All credit card transactions occur over a secure 2Checkout connection, and your credit card is billed AFTER the products you've ordered have been shipped. Return Policy At Holy Land Collections we believe that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase and we want to ensure that you have a satisfactory shopping experience. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with the Holy Land Christianity Satellite Maps, we will gladly accept returns within 90 days from receipt of merchandise.
Please do not mark or deface maps or their original containers in any manner. To qualify for a refund, the maps must be returned in original condition, including the original packaging. Unfortunately, we could not accept returns that do not meet these requirements! To make sure your returns or exchanges are processed quickly and accurately, please send us a request for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning any item(s) to us. Please notify us of all returns before proceeding — we cannot accept responsibility for unsolicited returns.
Once you have notified us and received your Return Authorization Number ,
please repackage the item in the original shipping container and be sure to
include your RA# and original invoice. We recommend that you send your
return back via an insured carrier.
Cancellation Policy Should decide to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. Once your cancellation has been acknowledged by us, and as long as we have not already shipped your order, we will not charge your credit card for any amount. If your order has left our warehouse and is in transit when we acknowledge your cancellation, then simply refuse to accept delivery from the carrier, have the package returned to us unopened, and we will give you a refund after we receive your return and have checked the item(s) back into our inventory.
Shipping Options All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Transit time 1-5 business days depending on your final destination.
International shipping is currently available to Canada only. There is NO duty or sales tax collected by HolyLandCollections.com on international orders. However, we are NOT responsible for any duties, tax or fees levied by your government. Please check with your local authorities for procedures. We do not have any information about your local government fees or duties. During the upgraded 2Ccheckout.com (our payment processing company) fraud detection process, we cannot ship until we receive an email from 2CO that indicates a sale is PASSED, so most orders leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days. If you gave us your correct email address, you will receive an e-mail confirmation (including a tracking number if any) after your order has been shipped. When placing your order after 1pm (Eastern), Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, please remember to add two business days to the delivery time for processing, pulling, and preparation of your order for shipment. Furthermore, carriers may not deliver on weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for the delivery practices or policies of any carrier, or for any shipping delays caused by weekends or holidays.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Orders All claims for damages must be made within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. Damages to shipments sent through priority mail must be taken to your local post office and a claim filed. The USPS requires all packaging and damaged contents to start a claim.
All orders are shipped FOB our warehouse. This means that we are not responsible for any order after it leaves our warehouse. Although we will attempt to assist you in locating any order, we are not responsible for lost orders. No refunds or credits will be given for lost or stolen orders. For this reason, HolyLandCollections.com uses USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation as the method of traceable shipping. We will provide you with a tracking number via email confirmation after your order has left our warehouse. You will then be able to track your order on USPS website. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen orders.
Shipping and Handling Rates SHIPPING: We do not artificially inflate or mark up the cost of shipping that you pay. The shipping rates that we charge are based on the actual rates currently in effect by United States Postal Service (USPS) calculated from the estimated total weight of your order and its distance from our shipping warehouse, which is located in the State of New Jersey with zip code, 08043. HANDLING: We add $1.00 handling&packaging fee to your shipping charge to help offset the expense to pay our warehouse staff to process, pull, package, and prepare your order for shipment.
